The Nova is covered under warranty for 3 years, starting from date of purchase. 

MAINTENANCE & CARE 

• Wipe with a clean, wet cloth. Use mild cleaning agents only.
• Avoid contact with cleaning agents containing alcohol.
• Do not machine wash.
• Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.
• Keep away from high heat and flames.

What is the Nova made from?

Polyurethane (PUR), a safe solid substance that has a soft easily clean surface, perfect for resting children to change their nappies. 

Where can I use the Nova?

The Nova works on any bench, table, dresser and most changing tables, simply pick up and place where you need it most, and ensure it is secure for your child. 

How long will I need to use a changer top?

It depends on the child. But as the Nova has two open ends and can be moved around and used in a variety of environments it provides a long usage lifetime.

Will my baby be able to roll over the side?

The Nova has full length raised sides, and has been tested to prevent rolling. However, a child should never be left unattended on any changer top!

Should I use a cover on my Nova?

There is no need to use a cover on your Nova. The Nova has been designed for your baby to be placed directly on its surface and to be easily wiped down.

Is the Nova hygienic?

Yes, the sealed surface prevents mould & bacteria growth. Cleaning and maintenance are easy as it’s simple to wipe down & quick to dry.
