The PRIAM comes with a 2 year warranty. The Warranty is valid when supplied with a proof of purchase. PLEASE KEEP PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR THE WARRANTY.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to normal wear and tear from everyday use, negligence or accident
- Damaged to tyres
- Damage from corrosion, mould or rust caused by lack of maintenance or service
- Damage caused by repair or modifications caused by a third party without brand consent
- Damage as a result of airline mishandling
- Stroller is second hand
- Damage is caused by misuse or poor maintenance

CAN THE SEAT UNIT FACE EITHER WAY?
Yes, the seat unit can be reversed to be either parent facing or world facing.
IS THE PRIAM EASY TO FOLD?
The PRIAM is very easy to fold using just one hand. Its seat unit folds away with the frame into a compact, flat package. Even as a free standing unit, the new PRIAM can be discretely stowed – in a restaurant, on public transportation, and at home.
DOES THE PRIAM SEAT LIE FLAT?
Yes, Thanks to its simple handling, the PRIAM LUX Seat adjusts to a comfortable lie-flat position with just one hand – transforming the stroller into a comfortable, cosy bed when you’re on the go. The seat in the lie flat position is suitable from newborn.

DOES THE PRIAM HAVE SUSPENSION?
Yes, the new all-wheel suspension of the PRIAM ensures a soft, quiet and comfortable ride for parents and child, suitable for all terrain.
CAN I TAKE MY PRAM TO THE BEACH / ONTO SAND?
Yes, the PRIAM’s two-wheel mode ensures a smooth and safe ride on uneven, bumpy surfaces such as sandy beaches or stairs. However, after taking to the beach, always be sure to wipe down the chassis and connecting parts with a clean damp cloth. Do not attempt to hose down the pram with water as this may enter internal parts such as bearings.
DINING OUT? CAN YOU PLACE THE PRAM AT A TABLE?
The seat height of the PRIAM is perfectly aligned with the average table height (80 cm) so that it can be used on the go as a mobile child seat in restaurants or cafés.
WHAT ARE THE WHEELS MADE OF?
The extremely good quality wheels are foam filled premium rubber – you will never have to worry about flat tyres or punctures. They push well on all city and country terrain; the front wheels are lockable.
WHERE ARE CYBEX PRIAMS MANUFACTURED?
All Cybex Prams are designed and engineered at our Head Quarters in Germany and manufactured at Cybex own state of the art factory in China with strict quality control.

CAN I RUN WITH THE CYBEX PRIAM?
Running is not recommended with the Cybex Priam.
CAN THE WHEELS COME OFF AND CAN YOU BUY REPLACEMENT WHEELS?
Yes. The wheels can easily be detached from the chassis for cleaning or replacement.
IS THERE A TODDLER BOARD FOR THE PRIAM?
Yes. The Priam Kid Board is a cool accessory, perfect for older children. Attaches easily on Priam frame and folds away when not needed.
