The All Purpose Mattress is covered under warranty for 1 year, starting from date of purchase. 

What is the thickness of the mattress? 

Our standard thickness is 5cm. 

 Is the mattress made in Australia? 

Yes, the mattress is made in Australia, with an option to purchase with a waterproof side.

Is the All Purpose mattress safe for newborns to sleep on? 

Yes, there is not anything preventing this. 

What size is the All Purpose Mattress available in?

The foam has been treated with Perma Guard. What is this? 

Perma Guard is an anti-microbe treatment of domestic polyurethane foam. It is designed to give you long-lasting protection against a broad range of microbes that invade domestic environments, and which can have adverse health effects. Perma Guard inhibits bacteria (including dust mites and golden staph), yeasts, moulds and algae. It is a safe treatment and is environmentally sound. 

How do I clean my All Purpose Mattress?

The All Purpose Mattress comes with a cover that’s easy to remove. You simply remove the cover and put it in the washing machine.

The waterproof side can be wiped clean.

Is the Waterproof or Cotton cover better?

When purchasing the All Purpose Mattress you will have the choice between a waterproof or cotton mattress cover. The waterproof cover stops liquid from getting through to the foam, whilst the cotton cover allows for better breathability.
