    INFORMATION

    Network Restrictions - South East Queensland & Northern Rivers | 30th March 2022 As Lismore has now been ordered to evacuate due to flooding, service to this area has ceased. This means there will be no pickups or deliveries within this area and surrounding until the floods have subsided. Areas in the Northern Rivers currently affected include but not limited to:
    • Lismore
    • Ballina
    • Byron Bay
    • Lennox Head
    Severe weather and flood warnings remain across South East Queensland as well where several road closures are in place also causing further restrictions and delays. These local areas include but are not limited to:
    • Brisbane
    • Ipswich
    • Gold Coast
    • GC Hinterland
    • Murwillumbah
    • Tweed Coast

    Interstate freight movement is also affected this week and we expect delays to continue for the following 1-2 weeks.

    Service Disruptions Continue To Perth | All Road Services

    Transit time delays continue across the road services to Perth this week as the rail network remains disrupted due to recent weather events. We recommend that you use alternative express options for those time sensitive orders.

    We will continue to monitor the situation with our partnered carriers and will update you as early as possible.

    COVID - general shipping delays

    Due to ongoing COVID impact on freight services for all regions & areas, please allow delays of up to 3-5 days.
    We're doing our best to select carriers with shortest delivery times, however delays can be onset very quickly & without notice, which is completely beyond our control.
    In most cases, live tracking and email notifications will advise you of specific ETA on your order.
